Looking for a texture pack maker

Hello everyone,
I'm currently looking for a texture pack maker to make me a pack. I only need armors items and models.

Here's a example of what I'm looking for:

It's a special armor for my modded server. I needs something similar so a nice looking armor (not like faithful, I only need some details and it needs to be beautiful).
I need 4 of them, one orange, one magenta near pink (#a201b6), one red and one electric blue.

Please note I don't join any "service team" discords, contact me directly via discord if you're a texture pack maker.
