The title explains it all, I am looking for someone that is great at thread designing to join my team to help me out with my company. That's why you have decent sales reps in a team to look for commissions lol. Also I mentioned 'commission' in singular form as it was on a per-commission basis, not totality.

No, but nor can any team. Many people opt, if they even choose to join any at all, to join multiple teams as the rate of commissions received can be incredibly low. Yes, it is a waiting game, but it's also an opportunity to be advertised and broadcasted to the world, depending on the popularity of the team.

Assuming , Its a services company so the person who made he thread design will get 45% You might take 10%. 45% for the artist?

50% is very very low, the average is like 75/80% seeing as all you do is have a structure in place which could (and that's a big could given how saturated the market is) get you clients.
