Looking for a very specific type of macro

Hey guys,

I am looking for a macro that has all the regular features of a macro, but also allows you to set different/random intervals. (Example: I can could set one interval to 3 seconds and another interval to 700 milliseconds. Then when I turn the macro on, it would randomly switch between 3 second intervals and 700 millisecond intervals.) Anyone have any suggestions?
