I am trying to find a video editor that has motion tracking, for example so if I select a video and I want a picture to be on someones face theres a feature for that.

I am looking for it to be cheap or free!

It isn't that hard, just keyframe the position.

Just depends how long the clip is.
It can be a pain for a long clip.

Got after effects? Keyframe or use the old tracker.
