Looking for a website dev/designer

[Edgewater management]

We are looking for a website dev/designer that would ideally be able to develop our website, we currently have xenforo and a web host we have already installed xenforo we just need you to set it up,

Here is what we need.

- Website Setup
> Pagesvote, store, members, etc..)
> A portal
> Website permissions & ranks
> Community Bridge
~ Linking with ingame ranks with website ranks
~ In-game /register command

-Theme (TBD)

You must have vouches and a portfolio.

However, I've already talked to this user. They want their developer to set up all the ranks and configure everything for their XenForo. Which I don't offer because it takes too much time for me in my opinion. I just make custom themes for XenForo.

They're also wanting a lot of custom stuff for free or for a cheap price which will be hard to get especially with my prices.

I wish them luck with their site though and Errota should be able to do what they're needing pretty well
