Hey! I'm a (Dutch) dev, server host and owner of The Cows Nest.
I'm looking for someone who wants to help me with building a community, getting a staff team, doing (part of) the marketing etc.
I'm paying for the server costs, setting it up and managing it. The administration role is voluntary.
You are at least 21 years old, have experience with hiring staff and have more time to play on this server then I have.

Long story:
The Cows Nest is a new server I'm working on. It's a Vanilla SMP, with McMMO. The Cows Nest aims to create a community-first server, that is all but pay to win.
Server income:
We aim to get enough donations to cover the server costs. In addition to that, we will host fundraisers. The money we raise in them are all for a charity. Our users can suggest a charity through our discord.
Donations will be public, and won't give users unfair advantage. They only give cosmetics and trigger server-wide events. The Cows Nest aims to be EULA compliant.

In order to create server retention, we award players who log in daily. (not implemented). We will offer daily quests, and let users level up through the economy and time spent online. Each level unlocking new perks and QoL improvements to the game.
