Looking for Administrators

Good day everyone,

Today, I'm looking for Administrators for my upcoming minigame network that will be releasing this summer. We are looking for Administrators that we can trust and commit their time. As far as an age requirement goes we're looking for people who are 13 years old or older. Please note I will only be accepting 2-3 people, THIS IS NOT A PAID ROLE, and I'm not looking for a Manager just yet. If you want more info or to apply please message me this application format, if you have a thread with your administrator service then that will work too. Scenario #1: -If you are called useless, or a bad staff member, how would you react?:

Scenario #3: Suppose it's your first week of being a Jr.Mod and you mute a well-known player. Everyone he knows is spamming you to unmute them. What would you do?:

Scenario #2: You come home from school and have ton of homework, you think to yourself "I'll just take a break before I start and get on the server for a bit." The next thing you know 2 hours have passed and you've been on the server all that time. Does this scenario sound familiar to you? - How do you respond to this?:

I'll admit Scenario #2 was copied, I honestly liked the question and I thought it was good for people who where interested in applying, I will change it.

Thanks, I understand thinking of good scenarios may be difficult, but it is easily spotted when they are copied and makes your network look unprofessional

Do you have any past experiences when it comes to being an administrator?: No.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?: Strengths are I try to get stuff done as fast as possible before I do anything. Weakness, Disrespectful players.

Why should we accept you?: I haven't been a mod or admin for servers for a while. I would love to start moderatoring / administrating servers again.

Scenario #2: You're on the server and you see someone compromising the owner's account and griefing everything what would you do in a situation like this? I wouldn't be sure if it was the owner or not. I would call the owner and we will handle him.

Scenario #3: Suppose it's your first week of being a Jr.Mod and you mute a well-known player. Everyone he knows is spamming you to unmute them. What would you do?: I would turn my messages off. if they do anything to chat that would resort in a mute.

Frankly I'd apply though I'm not sure whether to or not, forgive me if I didn't see it on the thread or its just not there, when do you hope/expect to launch?
