Some thoughts:
1. Paying 5 dollars for advanced developers and builders is little. I paid around 50 dollars for a 500 by 500 map.
2. Being an active member of the community shouldn't be a requirement, or you shouldn't be posting on MCM because I bet less than 1% of your community is on MCM. Developers usually are doing their own thing and don't have much time to play on the server and post on the forums anyway, same with builders.

Don't get me wrong, this server looks nice. But if you're going to make something like this, don't pay developers a fiver per project.
Yeah sure, I'll make you an anti-swear for $5 if you want ahah
