Hello my name is TheBeastyPenguin, current owner of PenguinzFactions. Today i am here to ask for someone who is particularly good at getting servers out there and making them gain players.
I can pay $7 - $10 when i see an improvement on the server players or higher price but when the server starts to gain more donations. Everyone on PenguinzFactions is setup but not many people know about the server.

You should look for a slot on a minecraft server list and rent it for a short time or pay a youtuber for 1 video.
I'm sure there are possibilities with your budget.
