ZephyrCraft is a brand new server looking for staff (mainly builders and devs) that has the potential to become great. I would like to answer all questions in person, so please feel free to contact me at iZephyr#2153 or post your Discord tag and I'll add you.

This is a real big down fall. You won't find anyone really advanced without a payment upfront. Well anyways GL.

I don't see Hypixel Staff getting paid.

I believe being staff on Hypixel is more of an honor than a privilege. The Hypixel staff get a lot of fame and attention from just having the prefix in chat. I do think the developers and builders of Hypixel get paid. Just to clear things up if you didn't understand I was just trying to tell the OP that most good developers & builders want money for their work.
