Looking for an Admin With a Timezone far from EST

Valatic SMP is looking for an Admin who can ensure the safety of the server (making sure it is online) aside from EST timezone. As most of our current admins are currently in EST timezone it is difficult for us to ensure the server is always open.

We are a newly released SMP server that has had over 50,000 joins.

Requirements:
A time zone far from EST time zone. We are looking for someone who has close to an opposite timezone or similar.
Must be professional.
Must have administration/managing/configuration experience.
