Hello, I really don't have the time to make this ultra fancy with a thread design but basically, I need an administrator or possibly a co-owner.

As for initial requirements, please don't waste both of our times if you can't do/is not the following:
  • 18 years old/older(willing to bend this requirement if any appropriate person comes up and shows they can work with maturity);
  • fluent in english;
  • uses discord and is willing to communicate with me via voice chat;
  • available at least 4-8 hours a day and can communicate even if they're not at home;
  • is familiar with towny/towny servers;
  • can do most plugin configurations and troubleshoot;
  • mature, patient and has a sense of humor;
  • can and will dedicate his/her time into improving the community.
Feel free to apply as an administrator if you feel like you meet those requirements.

If you'd like to talk to me about becoming a co-owner, I'm looking for the following:
  • you must meet most of the initial requirements;
  • has a youtube channel with a substantial amount of subscribers or;
  • has connections with youtubers that can help expand the player base or;
  • is willing to invest with advertising or;
  • is good with advertising and can contribute to the server growth.
I own the server solely and is currently hosted in Anvilnode with the gold server plans, it's already up and running with both hosting, website, forums and store up and online. We've made a little over $300.00 on the first month of the server release via donations with no cost to advertising at all when I was still actively managing the community but I can't do that anymore as I'm extremely busy irl and I've decided I'm going to need a second set of trustworthy hands to continue this side project.

I really do think it's a project worth investing your time on. As compensation, I'm happy to share a substantial amount of percentage of donations. I will share access to all server files of course. I do already have a team of moderators + a developer in my team.

A bit more server information: according to our statistics we have 88 returning players over a total of 200+ unique players that has joined. However due to my inactivity we're slowly losing the player base. I used to have at least 5-8 people playing at all times but my lack of time is beginning to wear down on the community and I would very much like to continue this project whilst I sort out things irl.
