[] Custom builds.
[] A small player base. ( Not compulsory, but would help with price)
[] A domain.
[] Everything needs to be completed. Plugins, ranks, etc..
[] Needs to have a functional website.
[] Fun in-game activities.
My budget is around $150 - $170 - $180.
