Hello, cheat client developer here. Never should you pay someone to create a custom anticheat for you, any anticheat on the public market is more than enough to block hackers. Paying for a custom one will not solve your cheater problems, it will most likely end with you paying a ton of money just for even more cheaters to come to your network. For example look at hypixel, they took ncp (a good anticheat) and sunk $400,000/year into upgrading and modifying it. Even with them paying $400,000/year for dedicated devs to work on their anticheat they still have tens of thousands on people hacking on their server every week, forget about hypixel detecting your ghost hacks, it struggles to detect blatant cheaters. If you pay for a custom anticheat you'll get a crappy mess that you'll inevitably have to sink more and more money into every other week just to block the next bypass. Compare this to buying something like aac or matrix, where all you have to do is report any bypass that people use on your server to the dev and they'll patch it free of charge. Don't listen to any developer that says otherwise, they just want your money. Trust me and my years of experience in hacked client making, don't pay for a custom anticheat

If you want a closer example to you take ZoneCraft, zonecraft its a spanish server that decided to make a "Custom" anticheat, it ended up being so bad that basically everyone on practice Ghost Cheats, cant detect < 3.4 consistently and has multiple bypasses and falses, they would be so much better with a cheap altenative like Karhu, Vulcan or Monolith

If you have a big playerbase and a big budget you could try applying for sparky, its a private anticheat and i doubt you could get accepted but the same developer codes Monolith wich is a cheaper and public alternative
