I'm looking for an API, like Bukkit API / with Bukkit API but more automatic, with the shortest and the best command system with data system.

Budget: from 250$ to 550$
I’m not looking for rights on the api, I just want usage rights.
You can post it in any time.

In the start of the process I wanna see that is the api working in the game. And the concept.

You might want to take a look at SpongeVanilla, it is a recoded modding software with a pretty good implementation. If you want this custom coded it is going to take a lot more than 550$.
