Looking for an experienced developer

I am creating a new minecraft server, one that is not done yet. I am hoping to finish it by christmas, but i will need some help doing it

I am looking for an experienced developer who is able to develope complex and complicated plugins.

I am aiming to created a modded experience without the use of any mods at all.
Although i already have plugins like slimefun and terraincontrol, free plugins that will help make this goal possible, i want to add an even more customizable element to the server by introducing players with aspects that they cannot find anywhere else.
