Hi MC-Market,

I'm Dave and I've run many successful servers. I am currently in the making of a new server and I need an experienced plugin developer to create and patch up some arcade/gui-based game plugins.

Some requirements:
- able to handle a lot of demanding work
- capable of writing efficient and robust code

- available on Discord or Skype on most days
- above the age 15

All of the work will be paid in lump sum as the work is finished.

Yeah I do the exact opposite. Lump sum at the start.

Where is the "lump sum" coming from and why can't at least 50% of it be paid out prior to any work being done? If you intend on the sum coming from donations, it would be a major turn off to many devs.

Jesus christ guys it's really up to whoever I hire. I get that some would like payments upfront, and others have other ideas. I am open to discussion about how the payment will work. I don't care what you prefer if you are not going to work with me, so keep your preferences to yourselves.

I am interested but needed to know first what the options were. You should have stated the fact that you’re open to payment options in the thread :p
