Looking for an experienced Faction Staff Team

Hello! I'm the Owner of NovaFactions (opening August 10th 2018) and we're looking for an experienced staff team willing to put around an hour a day minimum on the server when we open.

We currently plan to release on the 10th August, and our trailer is released which you can watch below.

We are looking for: (All positions are voluntary and consist of no payment unless stated otherwise)

1x Manager (Staff & Community + Helps me run the server)
1x Developer (PAID PER PLUGIN)
2x Helper

[Trailer] - We have planned for a total of 3 YouTubers, all with 5-15 thousand subscribers to reupload this as pre-advertisement on the 8th August
