Looking for an experienced manager.

Good Morning all,

I've been out of the MC scene for a couple years, but am looking to get back into it now. I'm looking for someone who can stick with me and help me nurture a server into a big success.
I have a low £xx,xxx budget, which can be put towards any costs that need to be paid, mainly marketing though.

I am looking for:

• An individual with past experience with management for large networks/servers, or who can demonstrate their abilities to do so.
• A well-rounded individual, who can assist me with any tasks that need to be done.
• An individual who is motivated, reliable, and passionate
• An individual with excellent communication skills & able to work well with others
• An individual with good availability on a weekly basis
• (OPTIONAL BONUS) Experience in configuration/development
• (OPTIONAL BONUS) Familiarity with marketing, community engagement, or influencer outreach.

And of course, this position is paid. Pay will be discussed after the application process, however if you have set rates you are looking for please make that clear. This role easily has the potential to escalate into a £x,xxx paid role as the project grows.
