Looking for an experienced Owner to help with the development of OxideMC (Factions)

Requirements:
- Must be 15+
- Must have experience with Factions / Managing / Owning servers
- Must contribute 3+ hours a day into Oxide's development
- Must be able to contribute at least $100 a month
- Must be dedicated / hard working
- Must be mature

Note:
I've not included much information within this thread. I'm not a big MCM User and prefer speaking on Discord.
