Looking for an experienced partner

Hey there, I'm the founder of Project: Zepherion - and I am looking for a partner in crime to help me spend time, money and serious effort into creating a game within a game.

My aim is to open up a visionary server - that makes it feel like you're no longer in the minecraft world. By working with several different people, this dream is possible.
The main features of the server are:

• Guilds (creation, guild buildings, guild skills and wars)
• Custom enchantments & lore
• An RPG-like inventory with extra slots for rings & more
• Quests - with features like "only five people can accept this quest" level based quests, hidden quests - and more to come.
• NPC's - chatty NPC's that have loads to say, can unlock certain quests and trade Gems for food and items
• Pets & Mounts - Tamable pets/mounts that can be used in battle.
• Classes & leveling - detailed lore around the classes present, as well as subclasses.
• Rebirth system
• Multiple character creation
• Avatar generator
• PVP Events
• Jobs & Trades
• Mob and player leveling
• World bosses
• Dungeons
• & More!

If this sounds like a server you'd like to work on, let me know! Your job would be to manage the server, plugins, lore, website and recruitment. Your only major requirement is to have a little extra spending money under the belt in order to help with payment. You will be compensated by my gratitude and have a future income via players spending money on the server.

In total, two months. What it appears to be after many host switching - less than a day.
Generally, a lot of the plugins I had been using, decided to not work. So I've switched to others. Finally got a dedicated developer to make some of the things I needed, so we should be going further down the line in the long run.

As for building, I've been the one working on most of everything. I am leaving website work to a friend of mine, who does it for a living anyways. Why I would need a partner in crime now - I will be starting school in a month and a half and would like the server to release by the summer, so the extra help is greatly appreciated, by someone who knows what they are doing.

Currently, the multi-account/character creation is a custom plugin being created - as well as the avatar creator. Any other plugin is either free or a premium buy from spigot.
As for build percentage, 45%. Still need a map, a couple of arenas and NPC villages.
