Looking for an experienced server partner

I am looking for somebody with lots of experience and a passion for succession, along with the willingness to give dedication to a server. If you can assist in funding it would be helpful of course.

Here below will be a short list of some main things I will be looking for

• Preferably 15 or older
• High experience in server ownership
• High ability to manage the different aspects of a server necessary during the developmental stages
• Good work ethic during server working times
• Preferably the ability to help funding

I am not looking to discuss here, since I do not like using forums as such. I would prefer to discuss on discord, where we can going through and discuss everything necessary, then moving onto the server, ideas, how things will happen and so on.

I know you don't really want to discuss here but, I must ask, what kind of project are you planning on? I'm actively looking for a new project where I can put some of my time in. However, before even considering to apply somewhere, I'd like to know what kind of project you are proposing. Is it a survival, a network, something greater? What do you have in mind? Do you, on your own have some kind of basic experience into that kind of adventure.
