Looking for an expierenced server developer/owner

Hi my server is in current need of a developer or server owner to Make my server more professional looking. Pay will be discussed in pms.
Here are your requirements:
1. Has made a server with atleast 30+ players on at a time for more than a week.
2. Has a advanced knowledge of plugins..
3. Is very active and can come online at least 3-4 hours out of the day.

You are not allowed to leak the files
We can fire you if you are not meeting the requirements
Being disrespectful will cause in being fired as well
Info of what you will be doing:
Finding plugins configuring them and adding the permissions
If your a developer you will be making plugins for the server

Maybe add information about what you are looking for them to do as well an estimate for how much you are willing to pay. Without this, not many people will be interested in helping you.

Plus change "current" to currently in the start of your thead. Helps if you proof-read.
