Looking for an Investor for Nyte

Hello,
I am one of the owners of the Nyte Network. We are currently in the works of a big project but the funds we have are just not enough to go to the scale we want for our network at the moment. I am looking for an investor/owner for the network to possibly help fix this issue!

What is nyte and what do we need?:​

Nyte is a network of many game modes consisting of but not limited to Factions, Skywars, Prisons, KitPvP, Soup, HCF, and kitmap.
We will be allowing 1.7.10-1.19 Server Versions to join the server along with many different proxies for players to join through. (NA, EU, AS, and AU)

What is our development situation like:​

We have a dedicated development team working around the clock and very steadily to make the server perfect.
We also believe that the server should be very engaged with the community and respect its wishes.

Resources needed:​

Partnerships (need to be paid for we can help with this as well)
Other Proxys (such as AS EU AU)
Development Team, (as of rn we have 2 doing everything fast but also would be nicer for faster development)
Cubed Studios/LLC (We would love to start an LLC for legal reasons such as we can trademark nyte and also copyright anyone from using the name nyte we would also use this to sign developers to NDA's where they cant leak plugins, and for partnerships, so our partners can't just leave after a day, )
