Looking for an opinion for my wedding video edit

Recently started work in a small company doing mostly wedding vids, I need your opinion on this edit I made for a couple... Please be as critical as possible!

Transition of the songs around 1:40 feels really sudden and abrupt. Killed my interest and happiness from the video. Aside from that I think it's really solid!

So yeah, about that.

I tried to create the whole video under one music track, but my director told me that the first song which was "up close and personal" Didn't really fit well with the dancing and fun of the second half of the film. Have any ideas on what I could do to mask the transition? is the issue in the audio or video?
