Looking for Animators, Pixel Artists, and 3D Modelers

Alrighty, so my title says it all. I am making a halo/minecraft animation, but I want it to be a few minutes. I need a few more animators(Cinema 4D), a few pixel artists, and a few 3D Modelers. The Pixel Artists and 3D Modelers will be paid. I'm looking for someone who's new to animation, new to modeling, and new to Pixel Art. My skype is iiDeane.

- Must be able to save a file into a .obj or .c4d
- Any 3D Rendering/Modeling program as long as you can use textures aside from only Minecraft textures.
