I own a pretty established server called ViveMC. As of late I have run out of funding and drive to keep this project going. I am a owner of this alongside Colf who is another MCM user we made around 300 USD with a map 1 that lasted around 1 week and 2 days. The servers discord has around 500 members. I have spent around 500 dollars making this server as perfect as possible.
If you were to become an owner, you would gain ownership of the discord and 33.3 percent of profits, I would own the paypal and Hosting, although you would have complete access to the files.
I would expect you to pay for most of the remaining assets that still need to be payed for which is around 150 dollars.
I could connect you with leading experts in their fields to pay and I already have most server essentials.
Your real job would be advertising and as an advertiser you would be paying and contacting youtubers and growing the discord. You would have very few in-game responsibilities. I and Colf will take care of all of those issue.
