Looking for another owner!!

Hello, guys I am Bozhy. (I will be short).

So as you may see currently I am looking for another owner that can help me a start a bran new server, mainly a network if possibly.
The problem is that I need a person that is able to take care of any investions or monetary stuff such as providing a host etc...
This doesn't mean you wont get anything, you will get around 90% of the profit that the server makes as I don't want the money. Also, you will be in charge in the phyisical server and I will be making the rest management etc... We will split jobs, of course.

I have experience from some servers as owner but I want this project finally to make it happen as I have great ideas for the server and I think I could be able to work with someone else.
I am a person with a strong charact/I am serious in this aspects/hard-working and would really like to work with someone else but to meet that requirement.

Any chance, you in need of management aspect? Not owners, I'm currently running my own server at them moment and want to keep the main focus to that. However I'm more than happy to help you out with management side?
