Looking For Appraisal on 360x360 Hell-Themed Spawn

I'm looking for an appraisal on this hell themed spawn. As the title of this thread states, the build's dimensions are 360x360. There are several structures scattered throughout the terrain, although only the large central tower has an interior (It has a first floor intended to be used as a spawn area and a second floor that can be used as a shop, arena, or whatever else comes to mind.).

Here is an Imgur album of the spawn. (The album doesn't have any "proof of ownership" images, although I do have some; I just didn't think it would be necessary to provide proof of ownership in an appraisal thread.)

I really like it, I would sell this for ~$30 - 50.

Only thing I can see to improve is adding some sort of grey glass to the gaps in 4 main path ways, since you've made them seem like rocks or slates (which looks really good). Only problem is there are spaces in the path which could be annoying to walk on.

To potentially increase your value, I would recommend that you provide both a schematic but also a world file with this spawn perfectly set into the world. It would save effort for any potential buyer.

Okay, thank you for the advice and the appraisal. But there are actually barriers in between the stones in the pathway. I forgot to mention it in the thread.
