Looking for basic Logo

Hi I'm looking for a basic logo, it has to be like a simple mascot - not a gaming mascot logo - I mean a character, this character should be blue/cyan/aqua, preferably not a gradient, I want this to be highest resolution, raster would be best and make it easily animatable for Discord and such. I don't have much preference on the character - also include a text version and the text version should be pointy in caps and should say "Vanix" - make the character of what you imagine when you hear the word "Vanix" or just make it the best as possible - I also want this logo to be light mode, basically make it light - for the text, make it white, for icon itself make it blue. Anyway that is pretty much my request, the maximum I'm paying is $20 just because of how simple it is.
