Looking for Bedrock Dev for Small Server Setup

Looking for a developer to help setup a bedrock server I have. Server doesn't have to be vanilla, but must remain compatible cross platform.

Here is the specific list of things I need done:
- Add world to server (we already have a world)
- Reset nether if possible (not sure if that is in bedrock, I believe it was in java)
- Adjust settings (certain settings need to be adjusted such as display coordinates to true, etc)
- Help with an issue we have (300 block long minecart rail wont work because we aren't close enough to load all chunks)
- Add basic shader (recent version of MC broke lighting; if this isn't possible to do cross platform it doesn't need to be done)

Willing to pay through venmo/cashapp/paypal and price is negotiable. More worried about getting this server up because our realm server is not working well at the moment so I'm willing to pay the amount to get it done.
