Looking for build team for prison spawn $80 budget

Hello

Just to make this clear, i am looking for a build team, not looking to hire builders i just want a the spawn built. My budget is around $80USD

I am here to request some ideas and get a build for my new server Mystic Mines. I have decided to go back to the drawing board with my server and get a new spawn built.

The idea for the spawn is something out of this world, 150x150 or 200x200 with a feel like you are about to walk into a magical kingdom. The idea is that it is a magical area with special trees and rivers and other areas.

I mostly need you to think of the ideas for the build my requirements is that it has a spawn with a crates area, it has the first mine for the prison, it has a an area for signs to show off the donor ranks. I do not have any crazy ideas but its up to you to really design it for it to work out.
