Looking for build teamfor massive project

Hi, we are looking for a few candidates to join our Minecraft building team, as we are undertaking a massive task in trying to create a dynamic environment for our upcoming project, which hasn't been seen in Minecraft before. For this, we need to build a world unlike any other. Currently, we have four people working on this server, and we are looking to expand this team to help improve the world. We have attached a template below of what we need to know and what we are looking for in an ideal candidate.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who is friendly, hardworking, self-motivated. We need people who can work to plans to follow and build accordingly, and also provide their unique ideas to the build to spice things up. We also want people who are mature and ideally knows how to visualise a fantasy world.
