Looking for build

I would like an exclusive build, with a price up to but not exceeding 10 USD.
KEY POINTS:
-Modern Feel
-Plenty of stone Brick and Clay
-Has to be in schematic form... or if not, have a good area around it.
-Modern overall.
-I will guarantee not scam, i just would like to see proof (like in progress pics and the like) of it being "exclusive"

I'm pretty sure it'll cost you more than just $10 for an exclusive build.

Unfortunately, the chances of you getting a 150x150 or 200x200 build for $15 with the requirements you are looking for, are quite slim my man. :/

You'll never get this size of build for $15 eather. If that's your budget I would recommend looking for non-exclusive builds.

Usually an exclusive 150x150 build would be $50-$70, for a good one.

Too cheap in my opinion, that build is detailed and would be worth a lot more when it is finished I think.

I've contracted Sakura, for 15 EURO, am waiting for build to be completed, but i've seen all the quality work you guys have done, so if i need any warzone/ event building I'll keep yall in mind
