Hey all,

I'm looking for a Builder or build a team for multiple projects on my network.

Works will all be exclusive to the network but you may showcase them afterwards.
Works will all be paid, rate of payment is negotiable. Payment Method can be what you prefer.

Most works can be done on your own server if you wish but building on the network is preferred, I'm also willing to provide you with your own build server. Also happy to add whatever tools you need. (Voxel, Painter, Fawe, whatever)

Looking to build a strong ongoing connection with a Builder/team as more work will always be available.

Works will include:

Custom Network Hub/Lobby 300x300ish
An open feel with portals to each server. Void world. Not too large but a bit of space to run around in. Some parkour to do and a staff hall area with NPCs of the current staff team. Something similar to the hub I have currently just better.

All Builds for a new Factions server (Spawn/Warzone etc) 100-200x100-200 ish for spawn and 250x250 For warzone
We currently have nothing for that so would need your standard spawn. I have not dealt with factions before so I'm, not 100% what is needed but a slightly custom spawn/warzone that fits in with the hub theme.

Skyblock Spawn & Starting islands 100-150x100-150 ish
Normal Skyblock spawn, Fitting to the other themes/feel.
Need room for crates, a small info area.
Additional a few starting islands. 2x Standard one's 1xHard one 1x Dual Islands

All other network spawns (Survival, Creative, Hardcore etc) 100-150x100-150 ish
Survival, Normal SMP feeling spawn, Room for crates & some NPCs. a somewhat open Treey feel.

Creative, Just looking for a beautiful starting area for people to be able to fly off from and go build, it is a free build world, not plots.

Hardcore, No need for crates, but a Netherly Skull hardcorey kind of a feel

All the spawns/hubs should feel like they follow the same theme and fit together nicely while not being a clone of each other. They should feel like they connect across the whole network. Looking to get the same person to them all so the same style/flow can be on all the builds.

You will get 99% creative freedom of the builds as I do not have a set theme in mind, I will provide some references for what I do and don't like.

Turnaround time is not a top priority for most of the tasks. Am looking to have some built for the 1.16 update (Yes I know the building tools will take time to be updated) Planning to get the builds scheduled now as 1.16 is close.

Past works portfolio and professionalism (I'm not a kid lol) is a big plus.
