So just to confirm, you want a 300x300 hub that's 'agriculture' themed. By that do you mean you would prefer to have a hub made of mostly farm-themed terrain with a few simple but relevant structures? (think Hypixel's Skyblock Farm island), or do you want a fully farm-themed hub?
I can help you with the former, not so much with the latter.
