Hello, I am the Owner of MaxsLife Services. I am looking for a Professional Builder, and a Professional Coder. The Coder must have at least 2 years of experience, and know Java. The Builders must be able to create Factions, KitPvP, Prison, Skyblock and more types of server spawns. Also, must be able to create Hubs for server networks. I am offering a percentage of the total amount that I get paid for the type of Server Setup. Percentage for Coders will be around 25%, and Builders will be around 30%

You're ignoring a lot of key detail in this post including simple things such as pay. If I were you, I'd add more detail to the thread if you expect someone of any high standard to contact you.

How much are you selling setups for, like a general price range? You are giving 25-30% to builders / developers, and the other 70 is going to go to you just for what, getting the customer and configuring a few plugins?
