Looking for builders and professional Admin's and Moderators

I am looking for professional server builders and mature staff to be willing to work for a new server that is opening this Saturday. The format will be listed below. Thanks and please respond back if you are interested.

Reason: obviously being 18, I'm more mature than most players and will be able to handle situations better than others! I'm very skilled in code so I can always fix server bugs if any arise, also I'm pretty good at world edit so I'd be able to build structures for the server! I've owned my own server which has about 130 players but I had to quit since hosting was a pain and I didn't have a great job at the time that being said, I'm very familair with plugins and how they work. I'm well liked and get along with players of all ages and backgrounds!

Other experience: like I said, I've owned and ran a server before. I've protected servers from greif and hunted down who's done it dealt with them appropriately
Any other side notes: currently I'm working on upgrading my computer to one with much better graphics, 2 terabytes of hard drive and 16GB of ram! So I could easily record videos and advertise our server, but with that my current computer isn't functioning but I do Have my laptop which I could come on occasionally till after Christmas when I finish my build. Shoot me a message on skype if I sound like a good candidate!

I suggest not working for this user. I bungee'd my servers to his network. Within a week my server was griefed, and ignored on Skype. When I checked logs he was talking to one of my players that I was causing "stress". Rather unprofessional and lazy.

in the PC im building im gunna be putting in an AMD R7 250 2GB! Super stoked for the build should be a kick ass machine on a budget
