1 - If you are going to request builders on here, at least make it look like you care. A couple words won't persuade most builders to put in the time and effort.

2 - If want you mean by custom privileges, as in special ranks or whatever for your server, most people will just build for you and get their payment. If not, thats either creative to build the thing, or i just don't understand what you mean.

3 - There are people who build for free here, but most likely you will be paying your builders here.

You honestly need to explain what you want and what you mean.
