Avelyn is an upcoming custom games server with an amazing team that is dedicated to this server and is excited to bring this sort of new and fresh content that Minecraft players have not seen before. We are all excited and motivated to develop this, but we are running into issues. With 4 part time developers and a very small build team, creating this network is a big challenge. Hello, I am Jlogaming, one of the Executives of Avelyn. Currently, we are searching for builders that are able to give us a hand in bringing this network to life.

Our values as a company: When we founded this company in October 2016, the roots of the company were based on ensuring that our employees are not overworked and give their noggins a rest when they need it. We value each and every employee and we want to make sure that each and every employee is happy with their job and is always willing to give it their 110%. With that being said, our management style is a bit different. Even if it's not your department, we encourage ideas and inspiration. So if you are a developer and want to give some ideas to the staff management team, we highly encourage it. As long as we aren't stepping over the line, it is smiled upon.

If you are looking to become a builder, we are looking for the following:
-An individual who is highly motivated in building mini-game maps and adventure maps
-Someone who works well with a team, and listens well to others' opinions
-A person who is knowledgeable with ALL build styles
-A good understanding in WorldEdit and VoxelSniper
-An understanding of how to pay close attention to detail and bring something eye popping to builds

Here are some bonus points that would impress us:
-Someone who has 3+ years building under their belt
-Someone who has a very large portfolio of their builds

Also, if you have very creative ideas, you can apply for a position in our creative development team. There aren't any requirements, just needing a very creative mind.

Applying:
This part is the easy part. There really isn't an application format. That's not how we roll here at Avelyn. We encourage applicants to come up with their own application and own ideas to express to us. One thing that I ask is that you DO NOT apply on this thread. We would prefer that you email us ([email protected]) and let us know how amazing you are there. Even though we do not have a format, here are some things to consider: Quality or Quantity, that is a really big deal for us here at Avelyn. Another thing: It doesn't have to be your life story, it can simply be a paragraph if you'd like. We are just looking to see how good you are at what you do and how we can incorporate you into our team.
