Looking for builders

Hello there, I own a highly advanced Network with multiple servers. We got a really good team when it comes to other aspects such as Devs, plugin configurators and community managers. Everything on our Network is almost custom built. Lately we've got a lack of builders on our team so I'm here to find more!

Builders must have/be able to:

-A microphone
-Speak English
-14 years of age or older
-Building experience
-World edit experience

Staff members are put through what we call a "Staff token system" Where, at the beginning of every month they start off with 7 tokens. Everyday they lose 1 token. If you end up with 0 tokens you get kicked out of the staff team. To get tokens, simply take a screenshot of whatever you built to help the community in the "#ProofForBuilder" channel we have on our Discord. This will be rated out of 9 by our head builder. The rating will automatically add tokens your the #TokenList channel to stay onboard. Tokens are to be reset at the end of the month back to 7.

The token system is a fair system. Only those who put little to no effort most likely get kicked out of the staff team. This goes for all our staff members. This is to avoid having some staff members work while others aren't. (Equality)
