Looking for builds to use in a setup.

Hey there, I am Randy. I have recently been looking for a builder to help out in some setups I've been looking to publish.
In return for the builds being used, I am offering 20% of the funds from the sales of the setup.

Current Setups Planned:
Factions & SMP
Builds Required: [] = Required () = Optional
[Factions Spawn]
[SMP Spawn]
(KoTH for Factions)
(Shop Area for Both Setups) - I can use ShopGUIPlus if this isn't possible.
[End Warp]
[Nether Warp]

I personally suggest using ShopGUIPlus... It's a bit more up to date, and easier for most players to do a command, rather than have to keep TP'ing back and fourth.

Theres some free builds in resources if you don't wanna spend money

They do not come with re-sell rights. Which is a big no no for resources on MCM.

I am aware, but it's just one more thing for the client to purchase, which gets a bit annoying.
And SGUI+ is a bit specific on what version works with what config nowadays -_-

ReSell right's are a thing of the past.... Just PM the person, and ask for permission.. They are bound to say yes if you offer adding in their resource link or something. Ya know. Just gotta work with them.

Perhaps BucketOfSloths has some free builds he'd permit you to use. He's the only builder on here that I know that can be reasonable and work with you. Just gotta help him in return somehow
