Looking for Chat filtering plugin

Hi, I've been using ChatControl PRO for my chat filtering and recently discovered the author was banned from Spigot (repeating breaking rule regarding advertising his Spigot plugin coding course) and I need a new plugin for chat filtering.

I've looked through a few but I would love some opinions from people on here. Don't be afraid to offer me yours, either.

I need one to block advertising, spam, caps lock, etc. I mainly used ChatControl for the ability to "warn" players after a certain amount of infractions; ex. player swore 5 times in 1minute I could run a command to punish him, if he kept swearing it would ban him.

Spoiler: Why I wont keep using it

1. Author was banned from Spigot meaning it could even more easily become exploitable; you have to update it from his Github or whatever.
2. I opened my server.properties and found Undefined - see mineacademy.org/server-properties to configure as my server name. It literally unset my server name and fucked up a couple plugins of mine that needed the server to functionally send cross-server messages. It took me a while to troubleshoot this.
3. It has a lot of features I don't use.
