As title said,people are asking like 25 or 30$ for even the most plain animated banners which is bad tbh.I'm not looking to get the best one existing,just a cool animated banner.PM me.

"which is bad tbh" if you can't afford it, it doesn't mean it's bad. These kinds of things take a lot of time to produce.

So paying 25 to 30 dollars for 3-5 animations / texts and some lightning is good? nice. I can afford it,but I can't afford to waste money on garbage

It does depend on the exact product you're geting from it, but the price itself isn't bad.
