I am looking for a cheap dedicated server, below are requirements etc:

1. min 32GB ram.
2. Any CPU, CPU isn't something I care about.
3. cheap IPs - 1.5 max per ip.
4. ddos protection is optional.

budget:
<=$60/per month (including or excluding ips)
