Looking for cheap developers (skript or java) read for requirements

Hi guys, working on my server has been tiring so I need some developers. Here are the requirements:
- Be 15 or older (I know 15 is still very young but I just don't want any angry 10 year olds ruining my server for fun)
- Have discord
- Skript isn't a requirement, but it's preferred so I can easily check what you made so it's not anything I can't trust
- Be good at what you do. This is the most important thing because I may need complicated things done and not just a /help command
