Looking for cheap long-time developer

I'm currently looking for a long-time developer who can help my factions server out.
We are a upcoming factions server that isn't known in the wide public yet, as we haven't put any advertisements out. We are just looking for elite staff & developers to help us reach our full potential.

We have a wide budget but we are only looking for cheap developers who can get the work done. You must be able to atleast config plugins and code simple plugins,
