Looking for cheap non-exclusive builds for factions 1.8.9

So, what the title says.
Needing non exclusive builds (Lobby/hub and main spawn) built in 1.8.9 for factions
(I want ti to be floating/flying so I guess for the most part skyblock builds would work too)

Themes: custom floor/bottom, flying island, warp shop, /spawn, jump down spot, warp keys, (so at least 3 other islands) preferred if they where connected via bridge.

Looking to spend no more then $10-5.00 usd/cad due to spending $279.00 ($79.00 tax due to being Canadian and them wanting full usd) on a pretty crappy build compared to other builds they have done. Wasn't 100% what I requested, and now I'm broke, and wanting another sort of build for both lobby and main spawn.

Also I suggest you look through resources, there's plenty of quality builds there.
