Hello everyone! I'm looking for cheap, reliable server hosting companies, hence the title.

What I'm looking for:
Price-range: $4 and below, just want to host an SMP.
I want full control to control panel etc.
And obviously, I want the hosting to be standard level, such as other great hosting companies.
