I know you said Miami but thought no harm no foul. Does it have to be in Miami specifically, or would Dallas work? (you shouldn't have any issue with ping if thats your concern).

Never used them so I can't rate their service but I know Byteania is in Tampa. I think BuyVM is starting something in Miami soon as well and Franciscos stuff is rock solid.
